Peach Up provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional advice. AI calorie and macro estimates can be inaccurate and should be used only as a guide. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You use the workouts and guidance at your own risk.

Subscriptions (Peach Pro)

• Peach Up offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly), which may include a free trial.
• Web payments are processed securely by Stripe upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your web subscription from the subscription management page or by contacting us.
• If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may vary by region. We may change pricing for future periods with notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or the Cal AI service, including attempting to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our backend, or to submit unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Peach Up, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI estimates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content or estimates.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
